It seems to have happened over night and really just in the last week.
The first lost tooth –
The two-wheeler –
The first soccer season –
The end of Kindergarten –
The first shower -
I have to admit I really am not ready for all of this and find myself a little emotional realizing that this is my final experience with so many of these things that have been in my life now for the last 13 years when Aly first entered our lives.
The other night as I was making my rounds to the kids rooms, I realized how fast the time has gone and how much my kids are growing up. We are entering a new and wonderful phase of life, but oh how I have loved the little moments of getting here.
It does amaze me how fast times seems to be going, and the kids growing. To think that Aly is almost the age I met Shannon, sigh.
